/scwm/hufunctions161,/scwm/ps_basics183 Scwm/packspec Unit of measure is missing for the quantity being changed

Please implement this note 2810192 – /SCWM/PACKSPEC: Multiple errors related to HU

This note solves the below mentioned issues.
1) In transaction /SCWM/PACKSPEC, when the button “HU check”  is clicked, following errors are displayed in the log
->Unit of measure is missing for the quantity being changed (Message no. /SCWM/HUFUNCTIONS161)
->Packaging specification level &1 was not constructed (Message no. /SCWM/HUFUNCTIONS539)
->Automatic packing with packaging specification &1 was canceled (Message no. /SCWM/HUFUNCTIONS547) 
2) In transaction /SCWM/PACKSPEC, click activate button, error message “HU-Check failed, Packspec &1 cannot be activated (Message no. /SCWM/PS_BASICS183)” is displayed.

These above mentioned errors are displayed when the HU creation flag is set for the level.
