BAdI: Set Proposal for Quantity and Unit for HU Item Repacking

Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Work Center (SCM-EWM-WC) component. You can use this BAdI to change the proposed quantity or unit for repacking. The BAdI is executed when the source handling unit (HU) number and the product number are set on the Repacking tab.

Standard settings

The BAdI implementation is not activated in the standard system. The BAdI is designed for multiple use. It is filter-dependent. The filter type corresponds to the warehouse number.

Example

• By default, the system proposes the whole quantity of a HU item to be repacked. But you want to propose a zero quantity instead.
• By default, the system proposes the whole quantity of a HU item to be repacked. But you want to propose a partial quantity corresponding to the package size instead.
• By default, the system proposes the whole quantity of a HU item to be repacked. But you want to propose an inspection-relevant quantity instead.
